eTender is a web-based electronic tender system that manages the tender process. It provides a site through which you can view tender opportunities, download tender documents and submit a tender.

To submit a tender, you must either receive an invitation to tender or successfully apply to tender. You will receive an email containing details of your user name and how to request a password. Once you have your user name and password you can log in to eTender to view and download tender documents and submit a tender.
